Welcome! My name is Kyler Monique Reese, a second-year English major, Political Science minor student at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University from Fort Worth, Texas. I am both a young female CEO, engaged student leader, and aspiring entertainment lawyer. My background as a politically engaged student and contributor to my University's "A&T Register": Student Newspaper has afforded me opportunities to understand the intersection of the entertainment industry and social responsibility.

In Summer 2024, as a student member of the National Society of Black Sports Professionals North Texas, my eyes were opened to the importance and increasing demand for proper diversity and representation within the entertainment industry. My exposure and curiosity for the business side of the industry enlightens me each and every day as I indulge in the culture of college entertainment as a student. I believe it's time to set a new standard, and not only as it relates to records in-game. Diversity is about more than meeting performance metrics, it's about impact.
